Klub od samego początku swojego istnienia cieszył się dużym zainteresowaniem, a obecnie liczy już 260 członków. Seniorzy spotykają się przy kawie dwa razy w tygodniu i nie muszą opłacać żadnych składek. Uczestniczą w zajęciach ruchowych, tanecznych, czy muzycznych. Co miesiąc odbywają się także spotkania z ciekawymi ludźmi. Często organizowane się również wieczorki taneczne, karaoke i imprezy tematyczne. Klub "Radość" duży nacisk kładzie na integrację uczestników. Seniorzy lubią się przede wszystkim spotkać, porozmawiać i wspólnie poznawać nowe rzeczy. Klub jest otwarty dla wszystkich chętnych. Więcej informacji można uzyskać w siedzibie klubu w Miejskim Domu Kultury w Gnieźnie mieszczącym się przy ul. Łubieńskiego 11. Zajęcia odbywają się we wtorki i czwartki w godzinach od 10 do 12.30.
W Gnieźnie funkcjonuje także Uniwersytet Trzeciego Wieku. Natomiast wiosną tego roku powołano do życia Miejską Radę Seniorów.
